These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Conditions”) govern the purchase of a ticket for admission to Moonglade. These Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Moonglade. By purchasing a ticket for admission to Moonglade through its website or by telephone, you are agreeing to these Conditions.

Prices Displayed

Experience Moonglade invoices in American currency. All prices listed, unless otherwise stated, are shown in American dollars (USD) before taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Experience Moonglade reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue any service (or any portion or content of any service) without notice and at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any change in price, suspension or discontinuation of service.

Guarantee & Pre-authorization

A valid credit card must be used to guarantee your reservation at Moonglade. Moonglade reserves the right to cancel any reservation made with an invalid credit card.

Cancellation policy

Forty-eight (48) hr notice is preferred, but we understand things happen. Please call Experience Moonglade for providing notice of Cancellations and request for reschedule/refund.

Force Majeure

Moonglade will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Conditions or otherwise, which arise out of or is due to unforeseeable events independent of the intention of the parties such as but not limited to force majeure (“Force Majeure Events”), including, by way of example and not of limitation, all events of war, terrorist actions, interventions and prohibitions of official authorities, delays, inclement weather, lack of energy, financial crisis, labor conflicts, epidemics, and pandemics.

Liability Limitation

All guests of Moonglade are required to sign a liability waiver releasing Moonglade for any loss, damage, accident, illness, and other items as specified therein upon arrival at Moonglade. Any guest who declines to sign the liability waiver will be denied entry without a refund or compensation.

Confidentiality

Moonglade is concerned about the privacy of its guests and undertakes to respect it. This policy has been formulated to inform all guests of Moonglade of its firm commitment to this effect. No personal information is collected or disclosed unless the prior consent of the user has been obtained voluntarily by writing directly to an email address mentioned on our website, participating in a promotion, registering for a service, creating a profile, or in any other similar way.

Conformity

In order to safely provide guests with the requested services, Moonglade reserves the right to ask its guests to provide personal information or supporting documents if and when necessary.

Electronic tickets and resale

Illegal resale of any reservation is strictly prohibited and can result in the cancellation of the purchase without refund or compensation. Reservations are not transferable nor exchangeable for money and are only valid for the date and time selected during the booking process.

Promotional use prohibited without permission

Without prior written authorization from Moonglade, reservations cannot be sold or used for advertising and/or promotional purposes (including contests and lotteries).

Photographs & social content

Photographs, films or social media of any kind content taken at Moonglade cannot be used for any commercial purposes without prior official written consent from Moonglade. Moonglade reserves the right to seek compensation for any use which is contrary to these Conditions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access Moonglade. All guests of Moonglade must present a valid piece of government issued identification for admission. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver releasing Moonglade upon arrival at Moonglade if not done during online onboarding prior to arrival. Any guest who declines to sign the liability waiver will be denied entry without refund or compensation.

The thermal experience is not recommended for people with heart problems, hypertension, breathing problems, angina, high-risk pregnancy or diabetes.

Guests of Moonglade are strictly prohibited from bringing in, or consuming, outside food, alcohol, or illegal substances. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of Moonglade guests, the consumption of any forms of tobacco or cannabis are prohibited at Moonglade.

Moonglade reserves the right to inspect the bags and/or lockers of its visitors.

Refusal of access & expulsion

Moonglade reserves the right to refuse access or expel any guest whom it considers is acting against its code of ethics, values, or behavioral etiquette. Interactions at Moonglade, including Moonglade social media platforms/sites, must be carried out in a respectful, harmonious, and courteous manner. Insulting, threatening, or harassing another guest or employee is prohibited. Moonglade maintains a zero-tolerance policy with respect to, defamatory, indecent, hateful, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, vulgar, or discourteous statements or any other violent act.

Modification of Conditions

Moonglade reserves the right to modify these Conditions and its cancellation policy at any time. The last revision of these Conditions is displayed at the bottom of this page.

CONDITIONS OF SALE ASSOCIATED WITH A GIFT CERTIFICATE

By purchasing a gift certificate through our website or by telephone, you are agreeing to the following conditions.

Prices displayed

Moonglade invoices in American currency. All prices listed, unless otherwise stated, are shown in American dollars (USD) before taxes. Gift certificates purchased are final sales and non-refundable. A gift certificate may not be purchased with a previously purchased gift certificate.

Rates are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price increase, the difference must be supplemented for the desired service.

Expiration of gift certificates

The monetary value of a gift certificate is valid for one year.

Gift certificate resale

Illegal resale of any gift certificate of admission is strictly prohibited and can result in the cancellation of the purchase without refund or compensation.

Promotional use prohibited without permission

Without prior written authorization from Moonglade, gift certificates cannot be used for advertising and/or promotional purposes (including contests and lotteries). Promotional use without permission can result in the cancellation of the purchase without refund or compensation.

Privacy policy

Moonglade has a strict privacy policy, which can be accessed by https://www.experiencemoonglade/privacy-policy/. No personal information will be disclosed to anyone except during the transactional process of obtaining authorization from the credit card issuer or as required by law.
